Description
This product is a cationic cook-up tapioca starch used in the papermaking industry as a wet-end dry strength development aid, production aid and retention additive. Tapioca Starch 308 is also designed specially used for AKD emulsifying to produce stable AKD emulsion.

Application
In general, Tapioca Starch 308 has been effectively applied at points ranging from the blend or mix chest to the headbox manifold. Recommended solids at the addition point is 1% or less. Addition levels are dependent upon level of strength, retention and/or productivity desired.
