Application：
In Kraft pulp lines, there are several process points where calcium-based scaling occurs (for ex. green liquor system, black liquor evaporator, white liquor oxidation reactors and digester). When controlling scaling in pulping processes, the usual average dose is 15 to 40 ppm.
Anti-scaling Agent AS 540requires good mixing conditions, this product needs to be applied prior to process points where scaling takes place.

Storage Life & Conditions
Anti-scaling Agent AS 540 should be stored in a recommended temperature range of +5 to +32ºC.
Avoid extreme temperatures.
Keep container tightly closed.
Avoid contact with strong oxidizers and acids.
Recommended materials for storage tanks and pipes are: 304L or 316L Stainless Steel; High Density or Cross-linked Polyethylene; Polypropylene (PP) and Polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
Avoid contact with aluminum and carbon steel.
