Today, Dowpol Chemical  are pleased to announce our newest advancement in ultra-high viscosity metallocene PAO product: DowSyn V2000.  It is the Ultra-High Viscosity Metallocene PAO based on our proprietary metallocene catalyst technology.  

DowSyn V2000 is ultra-high viscosity metallocene PAO base oil which viscosity is 2000cSt at 100℃,  It is a hydrocarbon-based synthetic oil having no polar groups. With its high viscosity , DowSyn V2000  demonstrates high thickening efficiency which can enables the flexibility to develop finished lubricants，particularly in industrial applications.

At other hand, DowSyn V2000 can be used as Viscosity Index Improver (VII) in engine oils with excellent shear stability and high-low temperature performance,  particularly in long drain intervals engine oils, DowSyn V2000 is an optimized viscosity index improver with excellent shear stablility.

Dowpol chemical have launched the high viscosity mPAOs products  for several years  (DowSyn V600 and DowSyn V1000), Now, DowSyn V2000 extanded the viscosity grade of mPAOs which can give more exibility selection for lubricant formulators.

• Lubricant：High viscosity base oils for special lubricants, grease and functional fluids, which require resistance to heat and cold. Especial as Viscosity index impover in engine oils.
• Rubber：Oil extender and processability improver in cases, which require resistance to heat, cold and volatility.
• Resins：Softening and process agent.
• Other：Pressure-sensitive adhesive, bonding agents, coating materials, ink, heat medium and special solutions.
